Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Faulty or Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@islekids.com.au with order details and photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Change of Mind We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
